+Thesis Structure Meeting -- Failure Mode Modular De-Composition
+
+The meeting decided that the thesis should comprise of
+seven chapeters with the following subject areas.
+
+1.	Introduction - overview of the subject area
+
+2.	FMEA - general description, variants  and context
+
+3.	Weaknesess of FMEA
+
+4.	FMMD - proposed solution, modularisation of FMEA
+
+5.	Examples for various levels of problems, 
+
+	* using examples set by C Garret, 
+        * the PT100 temperature sensing circuit (double failures analysed)
+	* A larger complete electronics example (possible an anbalog PID controller)
+
+6.	Evaluation of FMMD
+
+7.	Conclusion and further work.
+
+A goal has been set to submit these chapters, writing the introduction last, 
+by October 2012.
